I’m realizing this thrifting blog is often veering off in a
gardening direction, but I just can’t seem to help it. I love to look at beautiful things – whether
they’re inside or out.
And it’s probably obvious by now how much I enjoy collecting
pretty (but inexpensive) vases and filling them with flowers.
But for people who like to keep things simple (or just
cheap) here is a secret: the bud vase!
I bought quite a few larger vases in the past, only to
discover that the cost of filling them is actually pretty significant. That is, unless, you use a bud vase, which
will just allow a single flower to be highlighted. For the cost of a single rose, you can fill
your vase! (Or, if you grow flowers
outside, but don’t want to decimate your entire garden to fill one vase, these
are perfect.)
Bud vases are simple, elegant and so beautiful!

And look at the colored glass in the light! I think my heart stopped for just a second!
